Born to Run
This is how I strive to run!
Bounding through the water! Stick in mouth! Well, minus the stick of course, and I would be happy with even a fraction of his speed on land alone, without the water. But I do strive for that ease, lightness, smooth and fast. These are the attributes Christopher McDougall lists in his book Born to Run.
