Our monthly study group offers a unique opportunity for everyone to explore advanced concepts and techniques.
Focus Areas
- Striking, seizing and joint-locks: Master Flow Drills of sticky hands, kake drills, and striking tegumi.
- Traditional Weapons: Explore the use of traditional karate weapons such as sai, tonfa, bo and nunchaku through advanced kata.
- Ground Fighting: Develop essential ground skills for controlling and neutralizing opponents when an altercation goes to the ground.
